HOA Fees are mandatory for purchases, transfers or refinances of property within our HOA.

If you need a resale certificate for a purchase, transfer or refinance of property within our HOA, we can help.

Buyer's Name(s)

Buyer's Email Address(S)

Closing Date

The Great Hills Homeowners Association has a simple fee structure:

$375 when a home is Sold or Transferred to a New Owner

$100 when a home is Refinanced

That’s it. No other monthly dues.

Payment to the HOA is required at closing.
