History
The Great Hills Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation formed to serve the homeowners/members of the HOA. The original Great Hills Homeowners Association was formed in 1980.
In 2019, the members updated the Great Hills Homeowners Association’s Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Bylaws. Click here to download the documents.
Mission
Our mission is to assure that all present or future owners, tenants, future tenants, or any other person that might reside in the Great Hills Homeowners Association, in any manner, are subject to the regulations set forth in the 2019 Revision of the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Bylaws.
The mere acquisition, occupancy or rental of any of the platted lots in Great Hills IX or Great Hills X will signify that the Great Hills Homeowners Association Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Bylaws are accepted and ratified and that the Owner, tenant or occupant thereof will comply with the terms and provisions described in said documents.
